Evidence of improved patient pathways via collaboration is future of joint working, says AACE Chair

The report by Sir Ken Knight into Efficiency in Fire and Rescue Services was in most part not too surprising or immediately consequential for the ambulance services.  The AACE and the Chief Fire Officers Association (CFOA) have already been working closely together for some time to look at opportunities where the two services can work even more closely together.
