Responding to the media
NARU works closely with the Department of Health, NHS England, and with each individual NHS Ambulance Trust, to ensure that national ambulance services receive fair and unbiased coverage in the media.
To this end (and where appropriate) we will comment on key issues facing the ambulance service, if it is prudent to do so and if our resources allow.
