This is an open call for papers describing what the NHS provider landscape could look like in ten years' time. Papers should set out a scenario for the NHS ten years from now. Each scenario should include the types and mix of services that could emerge, as well as the types and mix of providers of those services, based on a set of common assumptions about future health needs and policy, economic constraints and demographics.
