Launch of new online publication

North East Ambulance Service has launched a new e-magazine. Aimed specifically at other public sector organisations and our commissioners, Ambulance Matters went live on 21 November and will be published quarterly. As well as an introduction from new Chief Executive Yvonne Ormston, the first edition combines news articles with important information about NEAS services, including the response to winter pressures and changes to the way GPs book urgent transport.
