After falling for the past two years, public satisfaction with the NHS overall rose significantly in 2019. Overall satisfaction was 60 per cent - a seven percentage point increase from the previous year. The 2019 survey questions were jointly sponsored by the Nuffield Trust and The King’s Fund.
