Become an organ donor – give the gift of life

The North East Ambulance Service has given it's support to the family of  South Shields baby Miley Turbitt, who died last November aged 14 weeks, after a heart donor failed to be found in time. The family hope the campaign will encourage more people to sign up to the organ donation register.
