High Sheriffs say it’s ok at NEAS control!
NEAS HQ played host to two VIPs - both of whom were
impressed by operations at Bernicia House.
High Sheriff of Tyne and Wear Ashley Winter, OBE, and High
Sheriff of Northumberland, Harriet Benson, were given a tour of the
control room by NEAS's Lynn Pyburn and Julie Horner.
Harriet said: "I thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the control room
and hearing the calls coming in. Having seen the pressure all the
staff have to handle, I really appreciate the work that NEAS
does."
