Industrial Action suspended

Further to our media release yesterday (Public urged to prepare for national ambulance service strike), the trade unions announced that the industrial action planned for Thursday, 29 January has been suspended following talks with the Government. This means that our 999 and 111 services will resume as normal. We would like to thank everyone for their support in promoting our ‘be prepared’ messages and would ask that members of the public still continue to only call us in a genuine emergency. More ...
