On 17 October 30 year old Bletchley resident Sarah Boyd suffered an epileptic fit at home. At 7.03 pm with her father at work quick thinking Keely Cattigan dialled 999 and was connected to South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SCAS) Call Taker Harriet Mountain at the trust’s Emergency Operations Centre in Otterbourne, Hampshire. Keely calmly explained that she had heard her mother, who was 28 weeks pregnant, become unwell and that her mother was now experiencing a fit.
