Shaking hands with death: NARU’s Mark Norbury in his community first responder role

Many readers might be surprised to learn that the NARU National Ambulance Resilience Coordinator Mark Norbury spends much of his spare time volunteering as a South West Ambulance Service community first responder.

This time last year Mark was called out to a man who then went into cardiac arrest.
