Statement from SECAmb Council of Governors

Please find below a statement from South East Coast Ambulance Service’s (SECAmb’s) Council of Governors following its meeting today to discuss the Trust’s handling of some NHS 111 calls passed to 999 last winter. The Council of Governors has met today (3 November 2015) with the Chairman, Chief Executive and Non-Executive Directors to be informed on the background and implementation of the re-triage pilot introduced during the Winter of 2014/15.
