A great deal of work is going into the final development phases of the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HART, a key part of the NARU Safe Systems of Work agenda.
A number of HART operatives and instructors have been involved in the development of these SOP drafts and their support has been greatly appreciated.
A new online app is being developed to host the new SOPs and supporting information (like risk assessments, equipment data sheets and training core competencies). This app will be available for all operational staff via any internet-enabled device.
The information will also be available to Team Leaders at all times via the new incident ground technology for HART.
Once completed, the same process of SOP development will be rolled out for MTFA and CBRN.
