NARU is currently developing or revising service specifications for each of the interoperable capabilities (HART, MTFA, CBRN, C2 and Mass Casualties).
The standards contained within these specifications will then be incorporated into the EPRR core standards by NHS England to form part of the SC30 contractual obligations on provider Trusts.
At the same time we are implementing a new safe system of work for each of the capabilities with new or revised standard operating procedures.
